# Resources

Everything you desire to do on your parcel begins with your resources. All crafting recipes, upgrades, and more will require you to have harvested these resources in order to progress. Manage the placement, harvesting, and replenishment of resource inputs to maximize efficiency of production.

All small land parcels will be able to find lumber, rock, and iron on their parcel straight from the beginning. However, gold and diamond will be found by expanding your land parcel. Medium sized parcels unlock gold and its' respective crafting recipes. Large sized parcels unlock diamond its' respective crafting recipes.

**Parcels that find embedded resources in their mountain will be able to mine and sell those resources in the marketplace but crafting recipes using these resources will remain locked until you have reached the appropriate parcel size.**
