# Terrains

Terrains represent the surface of your land parcel. There is a total of eight different types of terrains that your parcel may have. All variations have a base mechanic that controls the replenishing of vegetation on the parcel.

**Terrain Variations & Associated Mechanics:**

|      Grass      | Base Replenishment Speed |       None      |
| Grass Hybrid #1 |         3% faster        |       None      |
| Grass Hybrid #2 |         6% faster        |       None      |
|    Hybrid #1    |        12% faster        |       None      |
|    Hybrid #2    |        15% faster        |       None      |
|  Sand Hybrid #1 |        21% faster        |       None      |
|  Sand Hybrid #2 |        24% faster        |       None      |
|       Sand      |        30% faster        |       None      |
